Another year has rolled by and it is that time again!! Time to put your thinking hats on and show us what you have learned over the past 12 years. We will be awarding a $5000 college scholarship to a Lauderdale County graduate. The deadline to submit your essay will be April 30th with the scholarship being awarded May 10th. We are excited to read your essays and hear your big plans for the future. We will be asking applicants to submit a 500 word essay on how you plan to Live Life Large. Essay submissions will be accepted on line and the award recipient chosen by a panel of 5 individuals chosen by the Magnolia Son family. Mr. & Mrs. Tarver have once again agreed to screen all essays submitted, assign a number to each essay and forward the essays to the panel. Each applicants identity will remain unknown to the panel until a winning essay has been selected. The winner of the scholarship will be contacted on May 10th.
