One of the things I loved most about Christian was he was never afraid to be silly in public. He could care less what people thought of him which made most people love him more. We could be walking out of a restaurant and he would start hugging and kissing me in the middle of the parking lot and wouldn’t stop even though I would be fussing the whole time worried about what someone would think. Christian never cared… loving the situation more because he knew how uncomfortable it made me. Being out with friends was no different and quiet frankly probably worse.
Avery would drag Christian to Books-A-Million to get hot chocolate and a cookie. We all know Christian wasn’t there to read books so he would entertain himself by going to the kids section and playing with the toddler toys while Avery looked at books. I guess this day Christian wanted to feel extra special so he walked around BAM with a princess veil on making total strangers laugh…. Oh, how I love that boy.
